packing department checks that all flashing items are working before packing
them and do their best to package all items in such a way to try to protect
them whilst in transit should your item arrive damaged please notify us
immediately then return the item and we will send a replacement by return.

When you arrive in checkout you will be offered the postage options Royal
Mail First Class Packet, Royal Mail First Class Recorded or Royal Mail Special
Next Day Delivery.
Please note if you select Next Day delivery this means your order will arrive
the next working day after you have been notified of its dispatch.

There is an option to change the delivery address to a friend or relative or
even a work address if that's easer for you.
Once
your order is received you are able to login to your account and check the
progress of your order, we keep you informed via email if you aren't home when
your delivery is made, your package will be taken to a local sorting office a card
will be left through your door with further instructions. You will receive an
email indicating your parcel has left us and is on the way. You can also
change your shipping address in checkout to a work place or family member if
you so wish.
We process our credit card payments via PROTX and PAYPAL. Once in checkout our
website is fully secure. If you wish to pay over the telephone please do give
us a call and we will happily process your card for you. You will not loose the
contents of your shopping cart if you have created an account with us and the
process should not take longer than a few minutes.
