Bonanza Party Shop postage and packing charges for the UK are calculated
by the total weight of your order, to see the cost click on the estimate shipping
box on the shopping basket page when you have selected your items.
When you arrive in checkout you will be offered the postage options
Royal Mail First Class, Royal Mail First Class Recorded or Royal Mail Special
Next Day Delivery.
Please note if you select Next Day delivery this means your order will arrive
the next working day after you have been notified of its dispatch.

There is an option to change the delivery address to a friend or relative or
even a work address as all our items need to be signed for on delivery
Once
your have completed your order you will be able to login to your account and check the
progress of it. You will receive an
email indicating your parcel has left us and is on the way.
If you aren't home when
your delivery is made, your package will be taken to your local Royal Mail sorting office and a card
will be left through your door with further instructions.
We process our credit card payments via PROTX and PAYPAL. Once in checkout our
website is fully secure. If you wish to pay over the telephone please do give
us a call and we will happily process your card for you. You will not lose the
contents of your shopping cart if you have created an account with us and the
process should not take longer than a few minutes.
European, US and the Rest of the world Orders
You
are welcome to place your order online but please note all prices shown are in British Pounds.
All items are shipped by Airmail.
For European deliveries please allow at least 7-14 days for your order to be delivered
For US and the Rest of the world please allow at least 2 - 4 weeks for your order to be delivered
Post & Packing will be calculated
by the total weight of your order up to a maximum of 2kgs.

cannot take responsibility for items lost or damaged when shipping overseas,
and request you order in good time for your party as we cannot control the delivery

for shipping costs to your area. Please note we cannot guarantee delivery times
for overseas, and any customs or import costs will have to be paid by the
customer.

Our
packing department checks that all flashing items are working before packing
them and do their best to package all items in such a way to try to protect
them whilst in transit should your item arrive damaged please notify us
immediately then return the item and we will send a replacement by return.

It is your responsibility to return the
item in perfect and saleable condition and at your own cost. We will then
arrange to refund your credit card for the item returned minus any p&p
costs as these are non-refundable. Any returns after 7 days, will not be
refunded, however we will happily offer a credit to your account for future
