Payments
Orders are only despatched when payment authorisation has been received by our online bankers. All payments are made in £. The site has the ability to convert the cost of our products to Euros or Dollars, however payment will be made using British Pounds.

If you wish to pay by cheque or postal order please indicate as you process your order. Please send your cheque/postal order to A Bonanza, 5a The Granary, Silfield Road, Wymondham, Norfolk. NR18 9UA Please make your cheque/postal order payable to A Bonanza. When your payment has been cleared your order will be despatched. Please bear in mind this could take some time and plan accordingly. A Bonanza Party Shop reserves the right to refuse any order.


Returns
What if I change my mind? Under the UK's distance Selling Regulations, you have a 7 day 'cooling off' period when you may return an item in its original condition if you no longer require it. It is however, your responsibility to return the item(s) in perfect saleable condition and at your own cost. We will then refund your credit card for the item(s) returned, minus the postage and package costs which are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds on personalised products.


Balloon Safety
Latex balloons are natural eco friendly products which are fully bio-degradable and can be released outdoors.

Foil Balloons are not natural eco friendly products and should never be released outdoors.

Children can choke or suffocate on uninflated or broken balloons. Adult supervision is required.
